Mary Mary's Erica Campbell, a Gospel platinum recording artiste, recently posted the above picture on her Instagram. The promotional photograph was posted after she received a Grammy nomination for her solo radio hit, "A Little More Jesus." Her future solo album, HELP, will be released March 25, 2014.
Soon after the picture was posted, some Christians took to the web to express reservations about the dress she wore. They contend that as a very attractive Christian woman who sings the gospel of Jesus Christ, dressing in such a form-fitting attire may draw people's attention away from the message in her songs to herself. A Christian site A Toast 2 Wealth even stated: "The sexy attire takes any man or woman's mind off God and onto other
things that aren't godly."

Frankly, I don't see anything distracting or provocative about her attire. If some people prefer she dress in a muslim-type hijab so that they won't be distracted when she performs, maybe they should pluck their eyes?

our lives dressing inclusive, if a member of your body will cause you to
sin pluck it away and donot make these little one fall...
I believe in decency
I think in a bid to contemporarize herself and "ministry" she went a little too far. Having said that I am weary of a Christianity where everything gets seen through Mosaic lenses of dos and don'ts. The same critics of Campbell may have fornicated, committed adultery, divorced their spouses, or even murdered the unborn, yet they are "decent."
